FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When do Santa photo bookings open?
Santa photography bookings generally open two weeks prior to Santa’s arrival. Please visit the website of your preferred Shopping Centre to find out when their bookings open.
Do I need to book to have my photos taken with Santa?
Yes, Santa photo sessions are limited, we recommend making a booking as soon as possible. Please visit our Santa photos page for your nearest location.
How do I reschedule my booking?
Please get in touch with our Santa Customer Support team via the chat box and we will help you change locations. Please note that session times at other locations are limited and subject to availability.
I downloaded my photos but can't find them.
If using a desktop, all downloaded photos will appear in your “Downloads’ folder.
If using a mobile device, all downloaded photos will appear in your “Files” App. To locate the app, the quickest way is to search ‘Files’ using your mobile devices search bar function.
Can I purchase my photos from last year?
Yes! Photos from 2019 onwards are available for purchase, please contact the Santa Customer Support team via the chat box for assistance, or fill in the form on our General Enquiries page with your information.
