REFER A SANTA!
Do you know someone who would make an incredible Santa?
Help us grow our Santa community across Australia and New Zealand — and earn some extra Christmas cheer!
You’ll receive $150 when your first successful referral joins our team and completes their first season as Santa, followed by $200 for each successful referral after that.
Some of our best Santas have been recommended by friends, family members, colleagues and fellow Santas. Know someone who would make a wonderful Santa? Refer them today!
Who Can Be a Santa?
A great Santa could be a friend, neighbour, brother, uncle, grandpa, grandson, colleague or someone in your local community.
Our Santa Community includes people from all walks of life, typically aged 30 and above, with a wide range of backgrounds, personalities and appearances.
There is no single “Santa look”. What matters most is warmth, kindness, reliability and the ability to create magical moments for families.
If they can bring the Christmas spirit, we’ll help with the rest.
More Than Just a Seasonal Role
For many of our Santas, what starts as a Christmas job becomes something much more meaningful.
Our Santa Community brings together people from all walks of life, creating friendships, purpose and a genuine sense of belonging. Many Santas return year after year, forming lasting connections during the festive season and beyond.
Throughout the year, our community comes together through coffee catch-ups, online meet-ups and our popular Jingle & Mingle events across Australia and New Zealand.
It is a chance to meet like-minded people, share stories and be part of something genuinely special.
How It Works
Submit your referral using the form below.
We’ll contact your referral and guide them through our recruitment process.
If they are hired and complete their first season on the throne, you’ll receive a $50 gift card.
The best part? There is no limit to how many people you can refer. The more Santas you refer, the more rewards you can earn.
