Do I need previous experience to become Santa?

No. Most of our Santas had never worn a Santa suit before joining our community. We provide professional training, support and everything you’ll need.

What makes a great Santa?

The best Santas are warm, patient, reliable and enjoy making children smile. Personality matters far more than previous experience.

Is there a typical age to become Santa?

Our Santas come from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. While many are over 30, what matters most is your ability to connect with families and create magical Christmas experiences.

Is the Santa Community active outside Christmas?

Absolutely. We stay connected throughout the year through local coffee catch-ups, monthly Zoom meetings, training sessions and community events across Australia and New Zealand.

Can I refer someone to become Santa?

Yes. If your referral successfully joins our team and completes their first season, you’ll receive a $150 gift card through our referral program , followed by $200 for each successful referral after that. 

Where are Santa opportunities available?

We recruit Santa characters across shopping centres, events and Christmas experiences throughout Australia and New Zealand each year.

What training do you provide?

Every successful applicant receives professional Santa training, guidance from experienced Santas, ongoing support and a high-quality Santa suit for the season.
