Collecting & Downloading Photos
When will I receive my photos?
Instantly! Scene to Believe Santa photos are printed instantly at the Santa set. If your purchase includes a digital photo, please allow up to 24 hours for your digital files to be live.
To access your digital photos, scan the QR code on your digital receipt or click the link in the email we sent you after your visit. The email will be from ‘Santa by Scene to Believe’.
How do I view and download my digital photos?
We have put together a video tutorial on how to view and download your photos from your gallery. Click on the relevant link below based on the device you’re using.
I downloaded my photos but I can't find them.
If using a desktop, all downloaded photos will appear in your “Downloads’ folder.
If using a mobile device, all downloaded photos will appear in your “Files” App. To locate the app, the quickest way is to search ‘Files’ using your mobile devices search bar function.
Why does my photo have a watermark on it?
If your photo has a watermark ,you are likely viewing your digital photo gallery. We have watermarks on images prior to download to protect the image, however, once you click the download button you will receive a high-resolution copy ready for printing and sharing. Dependent on what device you’re using, your downloaded photos will appear in:
Computer: Downloads folder
Mobile device: Files app
How do I purchase additional photos?
Click the link in your email or digital receipt to access your digital photo gallery. Select the images you love and follow the prompts to purchase.
Can you print more copies of my photo?
If you would like additional printed copies of your photos, you can return to the Santa set where you had your photos taken to purchase additional prints, or alternatively, if you received digital photos you may print your downloads yourself!
I forgot to collect my printed photos, what should I do?
Dont fret! Return to the Santa set you had your photos taken with your digital receipt and our Elves will be happy to help you.
Can I purchase my Santa photos from last year?
Yes! Photos from the past five years are available for purchase. To get started, simply click the ‘Chat with us’ button in the bottom right corner to speak with our Experience Care Team, or fill in an enquiry form here.
I think I am missing photos from my package
Some photo packages can come in multiple photo folders. Please ensure to check all photo folders including behind the photo.
