Reschedule/Cancel a Booking
How do I reschedule my booking?
We’ve made it easy for you to reschedule your Santa Photo session.
To reschedule to a new time: Simply click on the ‘Reschedule’ button in either your Booking Confirmation or Booking Reminder email from ‘Santa at Scene to Believe’.
The ‘Reschedule’ button takes you directly to your booking page where you can search and choose a new booking time (subject to availability). You can reschedule your booking anytime up until midnight before your selected date.
To reschedule to a different location: If you wish to reschedule your booking to a different location, click on the ‘Chat with us’ button in the bottom right corner to speak with our Experience Care Team.
How do I cancel my booking?
We’ve made it easy for you to cancel your Santa Photo session.
To cancel your booking: Simply click on the ‘Cancel’ button in either your Booking Confirmation or Booking Reminder email from ‘Santa at Scene to Believe’.
Please note: Cancellation fees apply. Please check the cancellation policy before cancelling.
What do I do if I missed my booking?
OK, you’ve missed your booking. Here’s what you can do: Simply click on the ‘Reschedule’ button in either your Booking Confirmation or Booking Reminder email from ‘Santa at Scene to Believe’.
The ‘Reschedule’ button takes you directly to your booking page where you can search and choose a new booking time. Please note that session availability may be limited.
If you are unable to secure a new booking time, click on the ‘Chat with us’ button in the bottom right corner to speak with our Experience Care Team. We will do our best to reschedule your booking (subject to availability).
How do I change my booking location?
To change booking location: Click on the ‘Chat with us’ button in the bottom right corner to speak with our Experience Care Team. Please note that session times at other locations are limited and subject to availability.
