When do bookings open?
Santa photography bookings generally open two weeks prior to Santa’s arrival. Please check your preferred shopping centre’s website to find out when their bookings open.
Do I need to book to have my photo taken with Santa?
Yes, Santa photo sessions are limited, we recommend making a booking as soon as possible.

My time/date isn't available, what should I do?
Each shopping centre has a limited number of Santa photography sessions available, we encourage you to book early as there is no waiting list or ability to add more sessions.

How many people can be in a photo?
We recommend a maximum of eight people per family to capture the perfect photograph. If your group is larger than 8 people, we highly recommend back-to-back bookings to ensure we capture the magic of your whole group.
Booking Site Troubleshooting
I didn't receive a confirmation email after making a booking.
Please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, click the “Chat with us” button in the bottom right corner to speak with our Experience Care Team.
Please note: If you used Google Pay or Apple Pay, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with that account.
I can't redeem my voucher on your booking site, what should I do?
No problem! Just click the “Chat with us” button at the bottom right of the page, and our Experience Care Team will help you out.
My payment won't process on your booking site, what should I do?
Our booking site accepts Visa and MasterCard only. If you’re using one of these and still having issues:
- Contact your bank or card provider
- Try using a different browser, opening the page in incognito/private mode, or switching to another device
Visiting Santa
Can I visit Santa without having a photo taken?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to visit Santa regardless of whether you are purchasing a photo or not. For those little visitors that are not so sure of Santa, we encourage regular visits before booking a photo package.
Speak with the set staff at your nearest Santa photos location, and they will advise you on Santa’s availability.
Where do I go to have my Santa photos taken?
You will find this information at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. It will have location details to guide you. Alternatively, we recommend you call your shopping centre’s customer service and they will give you instructions.
What happens if I'm early or late for my booking?
Please let our set staff know as soon as you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate any changes you require, subject to availability.
What measures do you take to protect the safety and privacy of my child?
At Scene to Believe, your child’s safety and privacy are our highest priorities. All staff, including our Santas, undergo thorough background checks before joining our team. We also enforce strict protocols to ensure all images are securely captured, stored, and shared.
