Graduation by Scene to Believe is the official graduation services provider for UNSW Canberra at ADFA. We’re thrilled to be able to help capture and share all the magical moments from your graduation ceremony.
Our team of professional photographers will be on-site to capture official graduation portraits, family portraits and on-stage award photos for all graduands.
What to expect on Graduation day
Event Registration & Seating
Business, Humanities and Social Sciences and CTMC – 1100 Ceremony
Graduands must register their attendance between 0945 and 1030.Graduands to be seated no later than 1030.
Engineering, Science and Technology – 1500 Ceremony
Graduand Registration: 1345-1430. Graduands to be seated no later than 1430.
Register in Adams Auditorium, marked Building 111 on the ADFA map. Graduands who are not seated by the above times will be graduated in absentia and will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
Guest Ticket Collection
Guest tickets are to be collected between 0900 and 1700 on Monday 5 December to Wednesday 7 December from the Reading Room, Cadets Mess, marked Building 4 on the ADFA map.
Academic Dress
Collection & Fitting
Collection of academic dress will occur between 0900 and 1700 from the Reading Room, Cadets Mess, marked Building 4 on the ADFA map.
Return of Academic Dress
Academic Dress must be returned to the Cadets Mess by no later than 1700 on graduation day or financial penalties will apply.

Frames
A range of certificate and photo frames will be available for purchase on the day. All frame purchases include our professional on-site framing service so your certificate and photos can be ready to take home and display on the day!
Pre-purchased frames
All pre-purchased frames must be collected prior to 1700 on Graduation Day from the Reading Room, Cadets Mess.
Merchandise
There will also be a range of UNSW Canberra and ADFA merchandise available for purchase on the day.
