How many graduates can you facilitate services for?
Scene to Believe can facilitate graduation ceremonies for up to 1000 graduates.
Do you offer custom branding?
Yes! This is your ceremony celebrating your students achievements. We offer custom branding across a number of services including the online portal, framing and gift options. Speak with our team to discuss your specific branding requirements and we’ll make it happen!
Graduation Photography
What type of graduation photography do you provide?
Scene to Believe offers a range of photography solutions for graduation ceremonies. Choose from a professional traditional photography or experience our unique green screen technology allowing graduates the opportunity to interact with backgrounds of special importance to the graduation.
How many people can fit into a family photo?
Our backdrops are optimised for 6-8 people in one photo. However, if you have a large family, speak with our staff on the day and they will guide you.
Do you offer instant printing services?
Yes! We can offer instant on-site printing of photographs, as well as sending on the day of the graduation ceremony.
Academic Dress Hire & Gowning
What type of academic dress options do you have?
We have a range of hoods, stoles, gowns, caps, bonnets and other regalia items in a number of different colours and sizes. If we don’t have stock of a particular dress item, we will work with you to fulfil your requirements.
How do graduates collect their gowns?
All academic dress items are delivered to the ceremony location by our team. We have a dedicated Gowning Team who will be on-site to help distribute and dress graduates before the ceremony and facilitate the collection of dress items post-ceremony.
Can you match academic regalia to our institutions colours?
Yes! Scene to Believe has hoods and stoles in a vast range of colours to suit most institutions colour requirements. Speak with our team today to discuss your upcoming ceremony and your institutions requirements.
Framing Service
Do you provide frames for degree certificates or photos?
Scene to Believe offer a variety of beautifully presented frames that are available take home on the day of the graduation. Perfect for you degree (testamur), photographs or combination of both.
What is the turn around time for framing?
It’s instant! Scene to Believe provide a professional Framing Team on-site at the ceremony for graduates to have their certificates and/or photos framed on the spot.
Help for Students
How do I log in to my graduation portal?
You will need to enter your Student ID and password on the portal homepage.
Once you have been verified you will enter the portal to complete your graduate registration, guest ticket requests, regalia sizing, select your photo packages and pre-purchase your frames and merchandise.
When will I receive my ceremony tickets?
GRADUAND TICKETS
Your will receive your Graduand Ticket 7 days prior to your Ceremony.
GUEST TICKETS
After successfully registering in the portal, you will gain access to the guest ticket options available for purchase. Once you proceed to the checkout, it is important to provide the required information to finalise your guest details. You will receive your Guest Tickets immediately after completing your order.
* It is important to note that guests will not be able to enter the ceremony without a ticket – please forward each ticket to the nominated guest name.
What do I wear on the day?
Academic Dress is compulsory for you to attend your graduation. The regalia hire fee is included in your graduation ticket price.
When you place your order you will be able to select your size and height – this will enable us to ensure you have the correct size on the day.
We ask that you please return your Gown and Hood immediately after the ceremony. The Trencher is yours to keep. If they are not returned to us, you will be invoiced the full replacement cost of the academic regalia.
How do I choose the correct gown size?
Once you have registered on the portal, you will be guided through selecting your Gown and Trencher size. Your gown is measured by your height, please select the appropriate size using the below guide.

When do I need to arrive for my ceremony?
Exact ceremony schedule details will be communicated to you prior to the day, and will also be available in your online portal.
Generally, students should arrive 3 hours prior to their ceremony start time for registration, academic dress collection and professional.
Collecting/Downloading Photos
How do I download my photos?
All print purchases will be printed instantly and available for collection on the day.
A link to your personal online photo gallery will be sent to you by Scene to Believe in an email within 48 hours after the event. You can view all your digital photos and also make additional photo purchases within the online gallery.
When will I receive my photos?
You will need to enter your Student ID and password on the portal homepage.
Once you have been verified you will enter the portal to complete your graduate registration, guest ticket requests, regalia sizing, select your photo packages and pre-purchase your frames and merchandise.
Why can't I find my downliaded photos?
If using a desktop, all downloaded photos will appear in your “Downloads’ folder.
If using a mobile device, all downloaded photos will appear in your “Files” App. To locate the app, the quickest way is to search ‘Files’ using your mobile devices search bar function.
How do I purchase additional photos?
Click the link in the email we sent you after your event to access your digital gallery. Select the images you love and follow the prompts to purchase.
