BIG Santa Escape Competition - Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
The ‘Scene to Believe Santa Escape Competition’ (‘Competition’) will be conducted by Amusematte Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 44 079 502 220), trading as Scene to Believe (‘Scene to Believe’), 25/380 Eastern Valley Way, Roseville NSW Australia 2069. - Competition Period
Entries open 9:00am AEDT on Saturday 7th October and close on midnight AEDT on Tuesday 31st October 2023. - Valid Entrants
Entry to the Competition is open to Santa Characters currently employed by Scene to Believe and intend to work the 2023 Santa Season (‘Valid Entrants’). - Number of Entries
There is no limit to the number of Entries into The Competition. - Valid Referral
A ‘Valid Referral’ is a person above the age of 18 who resides in Australia or New Zealand. Before providing the ‘Valid Referral’s’ information for the purposes of entering the Competition, the Valid Entrant must:a) Have spoken to the Valid Referral about the Santa Character role and ascertained that they have a genuine interest in working in the Santa Character role during the 2023 Santa Season;
b) Asked the Valid Referral if they want to be referred to Scene to Believe and they have agreed to be contacted by phone by Scene to Believe to discuss the role of Santa Character;
c) Have asked the Valid Referral if they consent for their phone number to be provided to Scene to Believe for above purpose of being contacted regarding the Santa Character role.
- Entry Process
To enter the Competition (‘Entry’), Valid Entrants must go to Competition Webpage and enter and submit the following information:- Entrant’s Fume Name
- Referral’s Full Name
- Referral’s Phone Number
- Valid Entries
An Entry will be deemed to be a ‘Valid Entry’ if all the ‘Valid Referral’ conditions (outlined above) are met, as well as the following:a) Scene to Believe is able to contact and talk to the Valid Referral on the phone number provided;b) Scene to Believe deems the Valid Referral to be a genuine candidate for the Santa Character role.
- Entries that fail to meet the above criteria will be deemed to be an invalid entry (‘Invalid Entry’) and will not be entered into the Competition. Determinations on whether an Entry is a Valid Entry or Invalid Entry is at the sole discretion of Scene to Believe.
- Competition Draw
The Competition Draw will take place at the Scene to Believe Sydney office (25/380 Eastern Valley Way, Roseville, NSW) on Tuesday 31st October 2023. Draw will be conducted electronically, and the Winner will be drawn randomly. Winner will be contacted on 1s Novenber 2023 by phone and the Winner’s Name will be published on the Competition Webpage. If the winner is unable to be contacted within one (1) week of the draw (despite all reasonable attempts by Scene to Believe), a redraw will take place on 8th November 2023. - Important Information regarding Privacy
Please note that Scene to Believe discourages spamming. Referrer’s must only send referral messages to close family and friends and other individuals with whom they have a close relationship. Referrers must ask their friend or family member for their permission to be contacted by phone by Scene to Believe for the purpose of having a discussion about the Santa Character role and that providing someone’s contact details without permission is considered spam.
