BEAR COTTAGE'S MAGICAL CHRISTMAS IN JULY
Santa hire that brought smiles to kids who need it most
THE BRIEF
When Bear Cottage, NSW’s only children’s hospice, wanted to make its Christmas in July event truly special, the organisation engaged us to provide Santa Hire Services to celebrate the brave children it cares for.
For Bear Cottage, events like Christmas in July are crucial for creating joyful moments and providing light during these difficult times.
With a long history of working together, we have a track record of delivering professional and memorable Santa events to not-for-profit organisations such as Bear Cottage and get a kick out of putting smiles on the faces of children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
THE APPROACH
Our team developed a festive set with props and a friendly Santa which created a realistic and engaging experience.
Renowned for his genuine charm and engaging presence, Santa made a memorable entrance that captivated everyone. He handed out gifts with a warm smile, making each child feel truly special. With Mrs. Claus adding her touch of warmth, the experience was perfectly wrapped up.
From start to finish we collaborated closely with Bear Cottage to ensure every detail was thoughtfully executed.
OUR IMPACT
Each year, Bear Cottage cares for around 300 families. They offer a sanctuary of comfort and compassion during challenging times. This event saw us play a pivotal role in bringing joy and smiles to these children.
We received overwhelmingly positive feedback from Bear Cottage and were delighted to be part of their special event:
Bronwen Simmons, Bear Cottage Community Relations Manager, said, “Scene to Believe always brings the true magic of Christmas to our Bear Cottage Christmas events. The joy and delight that Santa and Mrs. Claus bring to each child is priceless, capturing the essence of the season and helping us create memories that will be cherished forever.”
“The big smiles and twinkling eyes say it all – these moments are made even more special thanks to Scene to Believe.”
The impact of our Santa Hire services extends far beyond the event. We have contributed to the overall mission of Bear Cottage, providing care and comfort to kids and families who need it most.
