BEHIND THE BEARD

🎅 Stories from the man in the red suit!

Behind every great Santa is a story of a wonderful life lived and a passion for spreading joy.

Meet Auslan Santa Jim — a man whose heart is just as big as his sleigh! After more than 50 years on the road as a professional driver, travelling across Australia and supporting children and people with disabilities, Jim hung up his coach keys and picked up the red suit.

Prepare to be inspired by his delightful tales and heartfelt commitment to wearing the red suit.

OUR VALUES

✨Elf of the Week: Living Our Values

🌟Harsh Jagiasi, Chief Elf at Macquarie

Harsh truly embodied our value ‘We Are a Team’.
When another Chief Elf couldn’t make their set’s delivery at the last minute, Harsh stepped up without hesitation. His proactive attitude, clear communication, and teamwork have been outstanding. With his own set opening soon, I’m confident he’ll lead one of our busiest locations with the same energy and commitment that made him the perfect choice for this role.

Elf Energy at Its Best 💫

BEHIND THE SCENES

✨ Meet the Dynamic Duo: Violet & Janice!
Every great team needs a steady hand at the controls.
For us, that’s Violet and Janice, the incredible duo who keep everything running smoothly at Head Office.

First up is Violet, our Office Manager and the pilot of the STB ship. She keeps us all on course, makes sure everything is in order, and yes, she’s the one who makes sure you get paid. Her leadership, organisation, and calm approach keep the office and all of us flying high, especially during the busy season. (Note: if you want to be paid do not ask for a photo of Violet on a Wednesday!)

By her side is Janice, our Key Administration Officer and the powerhouse behind the details. From chasing up LMS completions and WWCCs to making sure every box is ticked before take-off, she’s always on the move, keeping things running efficiently and with a smile.

This week, we also welcome the lovely Hannah as our new Admin Assistant to help keep the the heartbeat of our operations, keep things grounded, organised, and full of good vibes.

A huge thank you to Violet and Janice for everything you do every single day. Your hard work, care, and commitment keep the magic alive behind the scenes, and we couldn’t do it without you. ❤️

GRADUATION SCENE

✨Latest From the RACP Convoction – Brisbane

On Sat 1st Nov, our Graduations team partnering with RACP  welcomed new fellows in their Convocation in Brisbane at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

We offered RACP a complete range of Graduation services, including Professional Gowning, Photography Booths, Stage Photography, Roaming Photography, and our Framing & Merchandise service. We even have a special Teddy Bear called Albert who is in RACP regalia!

We had 26 STB team members at this Convocation with a strong presence from our Brisbane team, who are all very experienced in their Grad roles.

With 160 Fellows to dress, photograph, and frame it was a busy day all round! We appreciate the hard work of all our team on the success of the event and being part of the joy helping these Doctors on their big day after all the years of hard work they have put in to be admitted to their professional body.

If you’re interested in working at any upcoming grads let us know!
– Thanks, Jim
