🎅 Warehouse Team Gearing Up for the Season!
While the sparkle of Christmas begins to shine across our centres… there’s a flurry of hard work happening behind the scenes to make it all possible. Our incredible warehouse team has been working tirelessly to prepare and dispatch roadcases across the country, ensuring every set is ready for a smooth and magical opening.
This season brings some exciting equipment upgrades designed to make life easier on set and enhance the experience for both our teams and our guests. Among the latest improvements are:
🎁 New Dual Monitor Stands for POS – Streamlining operations and creating a more efficient setup for our teams.
💳 Fully Integrated Stripe Terminals – Making transactions faster, simpler, and more secure than ever before.
🖥️ Brand New Monitors – Including CAM x1 and POS x2 setups for improved functionality and visibility on set.
🧠 CAM Mac Minis – Powering our capture systems with faster processing and smoother performance.
📱 Set Phones – Keeping communication seamless and connected during the busiest times of the season.
⚡ Backup Wireless Flash Triggers and Receivers – Ensuring every magical moment is perfectly lit, even if the unexpected happens.
📸 Canon Cameras at All Locations – Delivering high-quality, consistent imagery across every site.
✨ Additional Flashes and Cameras Purchased – Providing select sites with newer gear and enhanced photo capabilities.
🧼 Lens & Screen Cleaning Kits – Keeping every setup spotless and ready for picture-perfect moments.
Every cable packed, screen tested, and case labelled is part of the enormous effort that goes into delivering a seamless start to the festive season. The warehouse team’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are the foundation of our success, and we couldn’t do it without them!

AREA MANAGER TRAINING
✨Wrap-Up Sydney 2025
Last week in Sydney, we finished our amazing Area Manager training in a jam-packed event filled with learning, laughter, and lots of Christmas spirit.
From Santa Games and Secret Santa presents to hands-on leadership experiences it was an inspiring week that brought our people, values, and vision to life.
But beyond the costumes, carols, and competitions, this week highlighted something far more important: the power of preparation and the critical role our Area Managers play in making this season successful for everyone.
This year’s training was developed to really give our Area Managers all the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to lead their teams with excellence. A key highlight of the week was the “Day in the Life” session, which gave everyone a clear, realistic view of the many moving parts involved in the Area Manager role. From on-the-ground problem solving to motivating staff, managing logistics, and ensuring each set runs smoothly our Area Managers are at the heart of the operation. We know that great leadership doesn’t happen by accident it’s built through training, support, and shared vision. And this week was all about making sure our leaders are prepared and ready to bring out the best in their teams.
And of course… we had some fun along the way!
The Santa Games were in full swing, and the team spirit was next level. Matching costumes, friendly rivalries, and even a green fuzzy Grinch and his team trying to steal the throne brought the magic to life. The room was filled with creativity and holiday cheer seeing Mrs. Claus, Reindeer’s, The Grinch, and even a pom-pom-shaking T-Rex!
Teams competed in Gingerbread house building, Trivia challenges, Christmas carolling, Snowman design and Santa dress-ups just to name a few. The energy was high, the competition was fierce… and it was NSW who emerged victorious, taking home the Golden Trophy and well-deserved bragging rights!
As we move closer to the busiest and most magical time of the year, we’re excited and confident about what’s to come. Thank you to everyone who brought their full selves to training your participation, engagement, and willingness to learn were outstanding. You’ve laid the foundation for a truly special season.
We can’t wait to see you bring the magic to life.

IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK...
🎄 A Lot Like Christmas!
The festive season is officially in full swing as we launch our booking sites for all Stage One and Two openings — and that means Santa’s sleigh is revving up!
Bookings are now live across all Westfield and QIC sets, along with our larger GPT centres (Pacific Fair, Karrinyup, Rouse Hill & Sunshine Plaza) Highpoint, Green Hills, Castletown, Lakeside Joondalup, and Orion are also taking bookings.
The countdown is on — just 16 sleeps until the Big Man in Red arrives on set!
Our first sets open 1st November, with Pacific Fair, Robina, Castletown, Karrinyup, Lakeside Joondalup, and Rouse Hill all ready to welcome Santa and his elves.
Orion joins the festive fun on 3rd November, followed by Green Hills and Sunshine Plaza on 6th November, and Highpoint and Fountain Gate wrapping up our stage one openings on 7th November.
It’s shaping up to be a magical season ahead, with families eager to capture those unforgettable Christmas moments. Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to bring these experiences to life — the sparkle of Christmas truly starts with you! ✨

✨ Elf Training is rolling out across Australia and NZ — spreading joy from far and wide. We received this photo from Adelaide through the week!
🤗 Our first 2 stages of booking sites are live — and we’re already seeing bookings roll in!
⚙️Systems are in place as the sleigh takes flight — both Odoo and Tanda are gaining momentum and expanding every day.
🎅Santa School was a success this week in Sydney
A sleigh of Santas jolly ‘Ho Ho Ho’ could be heard from the boardroom with all graduating successfully from Santa School! More to come..
